  • Exchanges: You are allowed to exchange any unused, unwashed product with original tags within 7 days of receipt if the item is defective or if the wrong product was delivered.

  • Refunds: Refunds are provided only in situations where a product is out of stock post-payment or has a significant manufacturing defect that cannot be substituted.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Items bought during a Sale or Promotion.

    • Custom-stitched suits or modified garments.

    • Products without original packaging or tags.

  • Process: To start an exchange, please reach out to our support team via WhatsApp with your Order ID and pictures of the defect.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers must cover return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
